TDTG series elevators are widely used for vertical lifting of particles, powders and small pieces in grain and oil,food, feed processing and other industries.
CDTG series low-speed bucket elevators are widely used in vertical lifting of materials requiring low crushing rates in grain and oil,food,feed processing and other industries.
It is mainly used for horizontal or inclined upward conveying of powdery, coarse or fine-grained materials, and meets the high hygiene standards required for the transportation of flour, rice food and other industries, it will not cause crushing of materials,support multi-point feeding and multi-point unloading.

Screw conveyors are mainly divided into LSS grooved(U-type)screw conveyors and WLL round tube screw conveyors. LSS grooved(U-type)screw conveyors are mainly used for the collection and distribution of materials. WLL round tube screw conveyor is mainly used for batching and feeding,especially good at accurate feeding, due to better sealing, it can achieve higher hygiene standards.
This equipment is suitable for the raw grain cleaning process of grain processing plants and grain warehouses. It first separates the dust and light impurities in the grain through the air selection device, uses the difference in the suspension speed of the raw grain and the deflated shell to separate the raw grain from it, and then separates the coarse and fine impurities in the raw grain by screening.
It is mainly used for the screening of white rice before packaging of finished rice, and the separation of debris such as bran balls, miscellaneous and small crumbs contained in white rice to ensure the quality of the finished rice.
TFXH series circulating air selectors are mainly used in the raw grain cleaning process of grain warehouses, flour mills,rice factories, corn processing factories, oil factories, feed factories, starch factories and alcohol factories.
It is used to pre-clean the grain in the raw material receiving part, mainly to remove large impurities: such as straw, twine, stones,etc.,to ensure the normal operation of the subsequent process.
It employs high-pressure jet cleaning, features a cylindrical structure with a flat-bottom scraper for collecting and discharging materials, thereby reducing the equipment’s height. The tangential air intake via centrifugal force enhances dust removal efficiency. It also boasts features such as simple operation and low maintenance costs.
The manual pneumatic gate is suitable for automatic discharge and cutting of bulk materials in grain, food, feed, oil and chemical industry and other processing industries during mechanical conveying.It is an indispensable equipment for automatic control.
